Feeling stressed, tired, lacking energy and feel like you are always on the run? Often…
The act of “Intentional living”
When we make intention setting part of our daily life and really focus on those intentions the brain does some pretty amazing things (or acts in a pretty amazing way). There is a known change to occur within our brains neuronal network upon focusing on an intention. We can think of intentions as basically neurochemicals which in turn help to grow neuronal pathways within the brain. You’ve probably heard the saying neurons that fire together wire together.
So, what does that actually mean?
A neuron is basically like a thought electrode which when wired with other likeminded thoughts can create either positive or negative actions to occur in our brain & ultimately our physical state.
To harness a well deserving thought process and help hard wire our brains neuronal network in a positive way, intentions can be key.
Creating a daily intention does not have to be complex but repetition is important as is commitment. To create a daily intention, it can be as easy as focusing on an empowering phrase or physically writing out steps to a goal that you wish to achieve. The tricky part is to cement it into your daily routine and ensure the language you use resonates on a deep level to connect with the feeling/outcome you desire.
A great way to bring harmony into your life is to include a daily wellness intention. Wellness intentions aid to kick unhealthy, non-deserving habits and replace them with intentions focused on your wellbeing.
